Viktor Israel Strand is a Swedish artist who made his first appearance in cinema with the short film Makrillen in 2014. One year later he made his small breakthrough with the film Peggy (2015) when it participated in Gothenburg international filmfestival(2015), Uppsala shortfilmsfestial(2015) and got Honorable Mention from Pixel filmfestival(2015). Two years later he made Timber together with Celine Orman, the film was screend at Uppsala shortfilmsfestial(2017).  He started 2018 at Malmö Art academy and made his master in fine art. In 2024 Viktor Israel Strand is going to debut with his first feature film It is lit at International Film Festival Rotterdam and releases the short film The land of a character.
